Meeting Action Items:
- Board and Volunteers will provide feedback for Client Care Committee
- Client Care Committee is responsible to establish policy & procedure for all aspects of client / guest care within the ministry.
- Schedule Next Meeting to continue establishing committees and roles
- GB - Responsible for connecting
- DS - to create Freedom Bus Proposal for Police Services to approve parking location of the bus.
- GB & DS to appoint volunteers & other committees
